Başka Yapı Mimarlık (BKM) is an Istanbul based architecture and engineering firm founded by Civil Engineer Başar Kara. Our office, also provides works on interior architecture and architectural constructions besides architectural designs, visualizations and presentations.

After graduating from Yıldız Technical University's Department of Civil Engineering, he worked in various companies and started his own company, Başka Yapı Mimarlık & Mühendislik Ltd. Şti.

Can Serkan Arat was graduated from FMV Işık University's Department of (English) Architecture in 2019. He is currently studying to get his Master's Degree at City Planning at Istanbul Technical University. He is a part of the Başka Yapı Architecture & Engineering office since September, 2019.
